The Muhlenberg women's basketball team never trailed en route to a 64-51 win at Swarthmore, snapping its six-game losing streak.

Mikaela McGarvey, before holding a 24-15 lead after the first quarter. Muhlenberg's defense shined in the second quarter, holding the Garnet (2-15, 1-11) to 1-of-9 shooting - and scoreless over the final 7:51 –to open a 41-18 halftime lead. Swarthmore wouldn't get closer than 11 in the second half.
Thomas' eight rebounds are a new career high, while her team-leading 15 points matches her career best. Freshman
Margaux Eripret dropped a career-high 14 points to lead the Mules' 16-point bench scoring output while pulling in a team- and season-high nine rebounds.
Of the Garnet's 23 turnovers, 15 came via Muhlenberg steals led by a career-high five from freshman

The win marks Muhlenberg's ninth straight over the Garnet dating back to the 2013-14 season.
