SWARTHMORE, Pa. - Maintaining their undefeated record, the Swarthmore women's swim team took down TCNJ on Saturday, Nov. 12th by a score of 206-52.
The Garnet dominated the day as they finished first in 13 of the 14 events, securing 11 individual wins and sweeping the relays. First year

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Starting off the day strong, the Garnet finished 1-2-3 in the 1000 freestyle, with
Kate Hallmark leading the way with a winning time of 10:41.87
- Hallmark captured her second victory of the day in the 200 freestyle, leading another 1-2-3 Swarthmore sweep with her 1:56.32 finish.
- Sophomore
Erin Szuromi captured a win for the Garnet in the 100 backstroke, edging out her teammate junior
Lexi Duffy by less than half a second with her time of 59.14.
- Ma took home her first win of the day in the 100 Breastroke, headlining a 1-2-3-4 Garnet finish with her time of 1:06.18.
- Sophomore
Annaliese Chen claimed the Garnet's first butterfly win of the day, placing first in the 200 butterfly with her time of 2:10.59, finishing just 0.15 seconds ahead of fellow Garnet first year
Quinn Weygandt.

Ainsley Jane Tambling continued Swarthmore's dominance in the freestyle, taking home a win in the 100 freestyle with a time of 54.72.
- After falling just short in the 100 backstroke, Duffy found her win in the 200 backstroke, leading a 1-2-3-4 Swarthmore rally with her time of 2:09.59.
- Cementing her dominance in the breaststroke, Ma found her second win of the day in the 200 breaststroke, finishing nearly four seconds ahead of second place at 2:29.68.
- Sophomore
Georgi Mathews finished first in the 500 freestyle, leading yet another 1-2-3-4 Garnet sweep with her time of 5:24.46.
- Junior
Ashley Wong beat out the field by nearly three seconds, taking home the win in the 100 butterfly with her time of 57.65.
- Sophomore
Sophie Rotival rounded out the individual events for the Garnet, placing first in the 200 IM with a time of 2:13.47.
- The Garnet also swept the relays, placing first in the 200 medley relay, as well as in the 400 freestyle relay.

Taking a break for the Thanksgiving holiday, the Garnet will return to the pool on Friday, Dec. 2nd for the Gettysburg College Invitational.
