In their final meet of the regular season, the Muhlenberg cross country teams competed at the DeSales Invitational.
The Mule men placed 11th out of 20 teams (eighth among Division III schools) and the women placed 10th out of 19 squads (also eighth among Division III schools). Muhlenberg's next competition is the Centennial Conference Championships at Haverford in three weeks, and two weeks after that the teams will return to the same DeSales course for the NCAA Metro Regional.
For the fourth consecutive meet, senior
Adam Stefan led the men's team, placing 23rd overall and 17th among Division III athletes in a race that saw 251 finishers.
Junior
Caiti Kinnear led the women's team for the first time in her career by placing 24th overall (16th among Division III athletes) in a race with 203 finishers. Senior
Adrienne Ellison was right behind Kinnear, placing 26th overall.Â
