PHILADELPHIA - A select group of Swarthmore College Women's Track & Field athletes made the short trip to Philadelphia for The Penn Relays on Thursday and Friday. The annual event hosted by the University of Pennsylvania is the oldest and largest track & field competition in the United States. It includes competitors from all levels in the sport.

Sayaka Vaules and senior
Simran Khanna broke the school record by finishing the race in 1:46.04. Holt and Camacho are a part of the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams that broke school records this outdoor season.
Junior
Clay Conley competed in the shot put at The Penn Relays but did not post a season-best mark. Conley ranks 17th in Division III with a Centennial Conference-best 13.36-meter (43 feet 10 inches) heave.
The majority of Swarthmore's Track & Field team will be off to Ewing, N.J., for the Lion Invite hosted by The College of New Jersey on Saturday.
