POTTSTOWN, PA – The Cabrini women's golf team scored an impressive fifth place finish at today's Ursinus College Invitational.

The Cavaliers posted a team score of 406 on the par 71, 5,995 yard course at Raven's Claw Golf Club.

Sophomore Vic Monterosso led the Blue and White with a career low round of 82, finishing eighth in the field of 39 golfers.

Senior Caitlin Bullock's round of 107 was good for a 26th place tie, one stroke better than freshman Gia Marrollo who finished 28th. Junior Abigail Fricke finished the day tied for 29th after today's round of 109.

Stevenson ran away with the team championship, after its 306 team score bested East Stroudsburg by 38 strokes.

Alvernia's Yupha Muzyka scored a two stroke win over Stevenson's Amanda Perez to take the individual title.

The Cavaliers will return to action on Sept. 22, they compete in the Jefferson University Tri-Match. Tee time is slated for 1pm at The ACE Club in Lafayette Hill, PA.
