• The Short Story: Competing in an event with 11 Division I schools, out of the 16 competing, the Blue Jays earned a fourth-place finish with 102 points, just four points shy of a top-three finish.

Race Highlights
Rebecca Grusby led the way for Johns Hopkins on Friday morning, earning a top-10 finish with a time of 18:14.9. Grusby was joined in the top-20 by teammates Therese Olshanski and Sam Levy. Olshanski, a junior runner from New Jersey, finished 15^th in the event, completing the course in 18:29.6 while Levy was five seconds behind her to earn a 17^th-place finish. Sophomore runner, Ariel Keklak, picked up a top-30 finish, running the course in 18:50.9. Arielle Summitt (33^rd), Kristin Meek (35^th) and Callie Jones (41^st) rounded out the top-seven finishers for Johns Hopkins.

• "Rebecca Grusby put herself in the top-10 early and raced in control the entire way. Her finish was one of our fastest times ever on this course and really set her up well moving forward."
• "Therese and Sam were able to run strong races up front while Ariel Keklak and Arielle Summitt both really closed well to round out our top-five."
• "Our average time was just a few seconds out of second place and almost 20 seconds faster than when we last ran here in 2017."
