THE SKINNY STORY
• The Gettysburg men finished fifth out of eight teams overall after three days at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational. They accumulated 809.5 points.
SUNDAY RECAP
•
Max McAlister (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy) was third overall in the 200 butterfly, with a time of 1:55.81. He now holds the fifth fastest time in the event in program history.
Luke McKenna (Collegeville, Pa./Spring Ford) was eighth overall, at 1:57.77.
•
Harry Nelson (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area) was fourth overall in the 1650 freestyle, touching at 16:46.38.
•
Nick Cox (Purcellville, Va./Ponte Verda) took fourth in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:54.21. Ben Rose (Ridgewood, N.J./Bergen Catholic) was seventh overall, clocking in at 1:57.54.
Jack Murphy (Potamac, Md./Winston Churchill) took eighth, with a time of 1:57.78.

Charlie Cross (Charlottesville, Va./Albemarle) was sixth overall in the 200 breaststroke, at 2:08.43.

Yaseen Belkadi (Wilmington, Del./Tower Hill School) was seventh overall in the B Final of the 200 butterfly, clocking in at 2:01.60. In the C Final,
John Verosko (Gainesville, Va./Patriot) was second in the heat and 18th overall (2:00.96).
Mason Dillon was right behind, in third place in the heat and 19th overall (2:01.75).
• In the B Final of the 200 backstroke,
Conor Vienneau (Newburg, Md./LaPlata) was fifth in the heat and 13th overall (1:56.94).
Charter Sasseville (North Yarmouth, Maine/Greely) was fifth in the C Final and 21st overall (2:01.59).
• In the B Final of the 200 breaststroke,
Declan Sheeran (McLean, Va./McLean) was second in the heat and 10th overall (2:10.04). In the C Final,
Luca Tolino (New Market, Md./Oakdale) was first and 17th overall (2:12.13).
Trey Mitchell (Rehoboth Beach, Del./Sussex Academy) was fifth in the heat and 21st overall (2:16.70).
• The 400 Freestyle Relay A-Team of Cross,
Hunter Sundlun (Richmond, Va./St. Christophers School),
Cort Hobelmann (Nashville, Tenn./Owensboro Catholic), and Cox took 11th at 3:14.17. The B-Team, consisting of
Guenter Kryszon (Midlothian, Va./James River), Murphy,
Alex McDonnell (Wilton, Conn./Wilton), and Zach Evans (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J./Egg Harbor Twp.), finished 17th, at 3:21.20.
SATURDAY RECAP
•
Max McAlister (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy) was first overall in the 100 butterfly, clocking in at 50.80. He is now the fourth-fastest performer in program history in the event.
• The 200 Medley Relay A-Team of
Nick Cox (Purcellville, Va./Ponte Verda), McAlister,
Declan Sheeran (McLean, Va./McLean), and
Cort Hobelmann (Nashville, Tenn./Owensboro Catholic) was second overall, at 1:33.44. The B-Team of Ben Rose,
Hunter Sundlun (Richmond, Va./St. Christophers School), Zach Evans (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J./Egg Harbor Twp.), and
Lorenzo Zullo (Norwalk, Conn./Norwalk) was 13th, touching at 1:37.69.
• Cox was also second in the 100 backstroke, finishing with a time of 51.16.
• In the 400 IM,
Charlie Cross touched the wall fifth overall with a time of 4:14.06.
Luke McKenna (Collegeville, Pa./Spring-Ford) was first in the B Final and ninth overall, clocking in at 4:14.95. His time would have outpaced three swimmers in the A Final.
Mason Dillon was fifth in the B Final and 13th overall (4:19.99), while
Luca Tolino (New Market, Md./Oakdale) was eighth in the B Final and 16th overall (4:23.49).

Conor Vienneau (Newburg, Md./LaPlata) swam a 1:46.69 for a sixth place overall finish in the 200 freestyle. In the C Final of the event, Zullo was first and placed 17th overall, at 1:47.42.
Joe Curry tied for third in the heat, also marking a tie for 19th overall (1:47.83). Sundlun was sixth in the C Final, going 22nd overall (1:48.82).
• Sheeran was seventh in the B Final of the 100 breaststroke and 15th overall, at 59.93. In the C Final,
Trey Mitchell (Rehoboth Beach, Del./Sussex Academy) was second and 18th overall (1:00.91).
• In the C Final of the 100 backstroke,
Jack Murphy (Potamac, Md./Winston Churchill) was second and 18th overall (54.28). Ben Rose took fifth in the heat, going 54.77 for a 21st overall finish.
FRIDAY RECAP
• In the A Final of the 500 freestyle,
Luke McKenna (Collegeville, Pa./Spring-Ford) placed sixth with a time of 4:49.19.

Conor Vienneau (Newburg, Md./LaPlata) went 4:51.73 to earn sixth in the B Final and 14th overall, and
John Verosko (Gainesville, Va./Patriot) swam a 4:54.11 to place seventh, and 15th overall.
Harry Nelson (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area) swam a 4:54.69 for eighth place and 16th overall. Vienneau's time would have beat one swimmer in the A Final.

Charter Sasseville (North Yarmouth, Maine/Greely) finished sixth in the C Final and 22nd overall, with a time of 4:56.77. He marked a season-best by almost three seconds.
• In the A Final of the 200 IM,
Charlie Cross (Charlottesville, Va./Albemarle) swam to a sixth-place finish with a time of 1:57.75.
• In the C Final,
Luca Tolino (New Market, Md./Oakdale) placed seventh and 23rd overall at 2:00.05, notching a season-best. His time would have beat two swimmers in the B Final.
• The 200 Free Relay A-Team of

Lorenzo Zullo was 14th at 1:29.38.
• The 400 Medley Relay B-Team of Murphy,
Hunter Sundlun (Richmond, Va./St. Christophers School),
Trey Mitchell (Rehoboth Beach, Del./Sussex Academy), and Vienneau touched twelfth, at 3:34.55.
