The Muhlenberg cross country teams continued to show improvement at the Main Line Invitational.
All 10 Mules who ran in the same meet at Haverford of 2021 lowered their times in 2022, some by considerable margins.
The most dramatic improvement was by senior
Adam Stefan, who was the top finisher for the men's team for the second straight race. Stefan lowered his time by more than four minutes, from 26:21.6 to 21:45.9. Sophomore
Markus Vottero (pictured above left), the Mules' second runner, improved by 1:25, while senior
Conner Soderstedt and sophomore
Mason Tran took 48 and 43 seconds, respectively, off their times.
The top women's runner for the second consecutive race, senior
Adrienne Ellison, knocked 1:46 off her time to place 28th in a race that featured three Division I teams and four regionally ranked Division III squads. Junior
Caiti Kinnear (pictured above right) improved by 25 seconds and sophomore
Lauren House by 29.
