• The Short Story: After moving up to #8 in the rankings earlier in the week, the Blue Jay men backed it up by placing second in an event with mostly Division I competition.  

Race Highlights
Hopkins placed five runners in the top-25, placing second behind the Temple Owls with 79 points. Matthew Kleiman finished second overall in the race, but takes the top spot in the scoring, crossing the finish line in 25:23.3. Jonas Larson (26:25.4) and Gavin McElhennon (26:34.4) finished 15^th and 17^th for Hopkins. Daniel Chen and Joshua Derrick placed 22^nd and 24^th to round out the top-five scoring on the men's side. Chen finished the race in 26:51.6 and Derrick followed four seconds later. Arthur Beyer and Ian Spears made up the Blue Jay top-seven.
