Caitlin Yap (Wayne, N.J./Morris Catholic) led the Gettysburg College women's track and field team at the Messiah Invitational on Saturday.

Margot Hoagland (Dresher, Pa./Upper Dublin) claimed sixth in the 5,000-meter run, while freshman
Kathrin O'Brien (Lynchburg, Va./Virginia Episcopal School) finished right behind in seventh with times of 19:42.86 and 20:02.35, respectively. Freshman
Georgia Larzelere (Medford, N.J./Shawnee) placed 10th out of 42 competitors in the 1,500-meter run, clocking a time of 5:02.83 to shatter a new personal record (PR). Her previous was 5:16.39, which she accomplished at the Little Three Meet. Senior
Madison Fox (Akron, Pa./Ephrata) posted a sixth-place showing in the 10,000-meter run, clocking 44:48.77.
Yap tallied fourth-place in the pole vault, setting a new PR of 9-00.25, which puts her seventh on the outdoor all-time list at Gettysburg.
The Bullets placed 11th out of 15 teams by gathering 13 points. Messiah won the team title of 221 points.
A small portion of the team will compete at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic on Sunday.
