SWARTHMORE, Pa. -- Swarthmore College Field Hockey lost 3-0 versus Ursinus at Clothier Field on Wednesday night. The Garnet are now 3-4 on the season and 0-2 in Centennial Conference play.
The Bears (4-2, 2-0) scored two of their goals in the first half and one in the second.
Despite the difference in score Swarthmore took nine shots to Ursinus' 17. Swarthmore sophomores
Halsey Hutchinson and
Ali Baratta each took three of them.
Garnet senior goalie
Zelda Bank made 10 saves in the match. It's the third time this season she recorded a double-digit save total.
Swarthmore's next game is against McDaniel College at Clothier Field on Saturday at 7 p.m.
