Audra Woodside's career-high 15 rebounds.
Woodside is in her third season with the team and has played 52 games, but she only grabbed double-digit rebounds one other time. The team's leading scorer at 9.4 per game in 2017-18, her previous high was 11 rebounds against Ursinus College on Dec. 6 of last season. This season Woodside ranks 10th in the Centennial Conference is rebounds per game at 7.3.
Making the score 16-9 Diplomats (2-4, 1-2) at the end of the first quarter, Garnet (1-6, 0-4) freshman guard
Kim Kockenmeister drained a desperation three-pointer at the buzzer from about eight feet beyond the arc to end a 10-0 run.
Swarthmore won the second and third quarters by one point each and came within three points of F&M on multiple occasions in the fourth quarter.

Elizabeth Stiles led the Garnet with 11 points. Her junior teammate
Abigail Pirron put together another solid all-around performance with seven points, seven rebounds and four assists. Pirron is averaging 8.0 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists at the guard position this season.
Swarthmore will hit the road for four straight games and won't return to Tarble Pavilion for a game until 2019 when they face McDaniel on Jan. 5 at 3 p.m. The team's next contest is 7 p.m. Wednesday at Bryn Mawr.
