The Muhlenberg track and field teams combined for four first-place finishes at the Ursinus Outdoor Invitational.
Senior
Abby Dalton was responsible for half of the firsts, winning the 800 and 1500. She led wire to wire in the 1500, winning by more than five seconds, and led three Mules who finished in the top 10 out of 30 finishers in the 800 (freshman
Erin Jackson was fourth and sophomore
Caiti Kinnear was ninth). Dalton
(pictured above right) improved on her regional-qualifying mark in the 1500.
Senior
Kayleigh Durning posted the top qualifying time in the 100 hurdles (16.15), then won the final in 15.79. She also came in third in the 400 hurdles.
The lone first-place finisher for the men was junior
Elek Ferency (pictured above left), who threw a personal best and regional-qualifying 48-11¾ in the shot put.

Marielle Avola also qualified for regionals in the steeplechase, lowering her personal best by more than four seconds.
