The Lead: Roanoke took their perfect, 8-0, record to Florida for eight games during a five-day stretch over Spring Break. Roanoke would lose two games due to weather so the Maroons would finish their trip to the Sunshine state with a 4-2 mark to bring their season record to 12-2.
Highlights:
- Jada Karnes picked up her fifth win of the young season with six innings, of three hit, six strikeout work. Lilly Burns finished 2-4 with a run and five RBI while Jordyn DiFava was 2-3 with a run scored.

Highlights:
- Karnes came in to close the game out. The junior gave up her first run of the season but would notch her first save of the season with a game ending strikeout.
- Katelyn Craghead was 2-2 with two runs and a pair of RBI while Morgan Clark and Madison Courts had two hits each.

Highlights:
- Karnes pitched a complete game, giving up just one run on four hits with a pair of strikeouts.
- Kate Houle had a sacrifice fly to get Roanoke on the board in the first but the Purple Raiders tied it up in the fourth. In the bottom of the fifth, Courts singled to center to break the tie and give Roanoke their 11th win of the season.

Location: The Spring Break Games, Fla.
Highlights:
- Trailing 3-0 in the top of the last inning, Shanan Hester doubled to start a rally that would four hits, four Swarthmore errors, and six runs cross the plate. However, the Garnet used a three-run double to tie and a Maroon miscue to win the game 7-6.
- Courts was 2-2 with Heater, and Houle combining to go 2-4 with a pair of runs scored.

Highlights:
- Karnes earned her eighth win of the season with a five-hit, two-run, win that would see the junior record 12 K's.
- Houle belted a 3-run Home Run while Makayla Austin (2-4) and Rachel Sirbaugh (2-4) would add three runs and a pair of RBI.

Location: The Spring Break Games, Fla.
Highlights:
- Meri Bostic scored in the first to give RC an early lead. However, three runs by the Cardinals in the third and two more int eh top of the seventh would see the Maroons fall for just the second time this season.
- Courts was the only Roanoke player with more than one hit. Houle was 1-2 with a run and an RBI while drawing a pair of bases on balls.
Up next: Roanoke plays host to Greensboro College on Thursday for a double header at the James I Moyer Sports Complex in Salem.
