Game Notes

The Franklin & Marshall women's basketball team (6-8, 3-6 CC) faces two Centennial Conference foes this week. F&M travels to Baltimore, Maryland on Wednesday to play Johns Hopkins (10-4, 7-2 CC) at 6:00 p.m. The Diplomats then return home to the Mayser Center Saturday to host Haverford (11-5, 8-3 CC) at 1:00 p.m.

Last Week

F&M fell to Gettysburg on the road Thursday evening, 68-50. Gettysburg held a 31-24 lead before Franklin & Marshall charged back to cut the deficit to three in the third quarter. However, the Bullets outscored the Diplomats 15-4 in the fourth frame to hold onto the win. Kennedy Wilburn led the game in points with 16. Lizzie Neville racked up 14 points and seven steals in the contest. Read the full recap here.

The Diplomats responded to Thursday's loss with a 62-53 victory over McDaniel Saturday afternoon at the Mayser Center. Wilburn and Natalie Kolb tallied double-doubles as they each recorded 16 points and 14 rebounds in the win. Quinn Galligan also finished in double figures, scoring 10 points. Last Time

Franklin & Marshall hasn't beaten Johns Hopkins since the 2012-13 season where the Diplomats came away with a 51-47 victory. In the game, Alexa Barbush '13 scored 21 points in the second half to total 30 points in the game. Barbush also tallied 18 of her points from the charity stripe in the game. Johns Hopkins is currently tied with Dickinson for the lead in the conference standings and carry a four-game winning streak into Wednesday's matchup against the Diplomats. The Blue Jays are currently shooting 38.4 percent from the field, which is the highest percentage in the conference. Forward Olivia Parisi leads JHU in scoring, averaging 10.4 points per game.

Haverford Team Preview

Before Haverford and F&M square off, the Fords host Muhlenberg Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. In the matchup against F&M this year, Kayla Robinson tallied a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds in the game. Guard Ally Landau leads Haverford in scoring, averaging 15.3 points per game.
