Senior Max Pinilis shot a career-best 77 to lead the Muhlenberg men's golf team at the Muhlenberg Invitational.

The Mules finished fifth out of nine teams with a score of 324, their lowest of the fall season.

Pinilis (pictured above) tied for eighth place, just three strokes off the lead. He birdied the longest hole at Lehigh Country Club, the 540-yard sixth, and also shot a birdie on the ninth hole en route to besting his previous low round of 80.

Sophomore Aron Gianchandani also recorded a pair of birdies.
