CHESTERTOWN, Md. - No. 16 Swarthmore College Swimming won its fourth straight meet as they knocked off Washington College (Md.) on Saturday afternoon.
The Garnet scored 122.5 points, while the Shorewomen countered with 82.5 points.
Vivian Guo won the 1,000-yard free with a time of 11:12.03, while
Olivia Stoetzer tapped the wall in 11:20.27. In the 200-yard free,
Georgi Mathews won the event in 1:59.86.
Sarah Conley and
Erin Szuromi went 1-2 in the 50-free. Conley recorded a time of 25.65, while Szuromi finished in 25.98.
Riley Thompson added a time of 28.04.
Liz Gallagher finished the 200-fly in 2:22.69. The 200-free relay of Gallagher, Mathews,
Cara Lee and
Sophie Rodner earned a first place finish. The team finished in 1:41.49.
The Garnet will be back in action on Friday as they travel to Chicago to compete in the University of Chicago Invitational.
