BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Swarthmore College Men's Cross Country earned a 30th place finish at the 47th Annual Lehigh Paul Short Run on Friday afternoon.
The Garnet finished the Men's College Brown 8-kilometer race with 742 points. The race featured 41 programs from all three levels on NCAA competition.
Swarthmore was led by an 11th place finish from
Aidan Cantine. The junior finished the race with a time of 24:59.0, which was the same time as Terrell Patterson, the tenth place finisher from Souther Connecticut State.
Aiden Tomov and
Jay van Adrichem Boogaert crossed the finish line in 172 and 173. Tomov recorded a time of 26:57.9, while van Adrichem Boogaert crossed in 26:58.3.
Ben Rosin added a time of 27:22.6 and
Colin DeLaney rounded out the top five for the Garnet with a time of 27:37.1.
The Garnet also received times of 27:42.8 from
Harrison Kim and a time of 27:58.8 from
Rowan Orlijan-Rhyme.
Swarthmore will return to the course on October 16th as they compete in the Rowan Border Battle in Glassboro, N.J.
