Emily Maheras scored the game-winning goal and the Johns Hopkins team shutout its opponent as the Blue Jays claimed a 1-0 victory over Muhlenberg on the road on Saturday afternoon.
How it Happened

Rachel Jackson was taken down in the box at 27:20 and the Blue Jays were awarded a penalty kick, which was taken by Maheras, who buried the shot inside the left post for the 1-0 JHU lead.
• The Blue Jays controlled the majority of the second half, putting up 14 shots, but Mules goalkeeper Libby Juliano made some nice saves to keep her team in the game.
• The Mules had a chance to tie the match at 81:30, but the header by Casarah Morales was saved by
Robyn Lipschultz and Hopkins held on to claim the 1-0 victory.
