The Muhlenberg cross country teams opened the 2022 season with some impressive lifetime bests at the Lehigh Invitational.

Senior Adrienne Ellison (pictured above left) led the women through the 6K course in a time of 24:28, which was 1:54 faster than she ran last year in the same race. Junior Caiti Kinnear was the No. 2 Muhlenberg runner in a time of 25:29 - 32 seconds faster than her time last year in the same meet.

Senior Adam Stefan (pictured above right) led the men in the 6K race in a time of 20:00 – 1:24 faster than last year. Sophomore Markus Vottero was right behind Stefan in a time of 20:01, which was 1:06 faster than last year.  Freshman Matthew Hajel was the Mules' No.3 runner in his collegiate debut at 20:39, and senior Conner Soderstedt bested his time from last year by 48 seconds.
