The Muhlenberg women's golf team finished up a strong fall season by coming in fourth at the two-day Revolutionary Collegiate Classic.

The Mules showed constant improvement during the fall, and it showed at Chesapeake Bay Golf Club. They shot a 356 in both rounds to set a program record for lowest score (712) in a two-round tournament. The previous mark of 717 was set at the 2017 Centennial Conference Championships.

After finishing with a 402 at McDaniel its first fall tournament, Muhlenberg lowered its team score in every successive round.

The Mules were fourth out of nine complete teams and finished more than 100 strokes better than the two other CC teams at the tournament.

Senior Kat Hodges shot a 77 in the first round, just one off her career low and two short of the school record. Although she slipped to 90 on the second day, her final score of 167 was a career best for a two-round tournament.

Sophomore Emma Mueller notched the first top 10 finish of her career, tying for 10th out of 51 competitors with a score of 169. She shot a career-best 85 in the first round, then dropped another stroke to 84 in the second to become only the fourth Mule to come in under 170 over 36 holes. 

Freshman Nya Johnson (pictured above) carded a career-low 95 in both rounds. Like the team, she showed improvement at every fall tournament, lowering her score from 113 to 95.

Junior Katie Chen took the biggest jump, knocking 17 strokes off her previous career best with a 92 in the second round.
