Outlook: There is a lot of excitement in the air with the arrival of Brady as head coach. Seniors Senebandith and Newsham will return to lead the young squad. While Brady hopes to lead Bryn Mawr to a higher finish in the standings this season, it may be another year or two until he has postseason success at Bryn Mawr.

Preseason Poll Projection: 5th
Outlook: Dickinson's veteran lineup will be under the guidance of a new head coach in Zinn. The Red Devils return the majority of their goal-scorers from a season ago in Davis, Perlmutter, and Kramer; however, they will have to replace Fuss in the net. Dickinson will be in the mix for the title come tournament time.

Preseason Poll Projection: 2nd
Outlook: The Diplomats will look to capture their second Conference title this season. Replacing Guarisco and Olson will not be easy, but the Diplomats return a solid defense in Falcone, Horsley, and Santangelo. Junior forward Cole will lead the offensive efforts for the Diplomats. If F&M can find someone to replace the scoring of Guarisco from last season, they will be well positioned to win the title in 2016.

Outlook: Gettysburg returns the core of their lineup for the 2016 season. The Bullets will be led by a strong offensive senior class in Fitzgerald, Wright, Sankey, and Hardman. Mowery returns to tend the goal and if the Bullets are able to replace some key defenders from last season they should be in the playoff hunt this season.

Outlook: After making the conference semifinals last season, Haverford will look to return to the playoffs in 2016. The Fords return their top point scorer and a 2nd-team all-cc selection from last year in junior midfielder Veale. Joining Veale in the middle, will be classmates Carson and Terrell, while seniors Leslie and Witte will control the defense. If Haverford can replace two first team all-cc selections in Waldis and Martin, the Fords should be a title contender this season.

Outlook: After narrowly missing the playoffs last season, the Blue Jays will look to return to the postseason in 2016. Hopkins returns several key players from last season, including their top two-point scorers in Pothast and Sutherland. Leading the defensive effort will be junior goalkeeper Helvie. The Blue Jays will look to their veteran squad to lead the team to the playoffs this season.

Outlook: The Green Terror will have their sights on reaching the playoffs in 2016.  McDaniel will be strong on offense with Yore, who led the team in points in 2015, returning to the lineup. Sophomore goalkeeper Gooding returns with a season of college experience under her belt to lead the defense. The Green Terror's strong offense should prove challenging for Conference foes this season.

Outlook: With almost their entire starting line-up returning from last season, the Mules should be well positioned to make another run at the title in 2016. Boyle and Davis will take charge on the offensive side of the ball, while Rosenthal and Theriault will lead the defense. The Mules will be a top contender for the title this season.

Outlook: Swarthmore will look to turn things around this season with the return of several juniors and seniors back in the lineup for 2016. Monaghan, Bell, and Spencer will lead the offense, while Blicher and Ianni will control the defense. The Garnet will need someone to step-up to replace their top goal-scorer and 2nd team all-conference member in Gluck if they hope to get more Conference wins this season.

Outlook: Despite graduating several key players from last season, including two-time player of the year Keenan, the Bears are never short on talent and should be a title contender again in 2016. Senior first-team all-conference back Torrence will lead the defensive side of the ball, while classmate and fellow first-team member Steigerwalt will propel the offense. Ursinus will look to earn their 12th conference, and fourth-consecutive, title this season.

Washington will need to replace Mitchell and Robertson on defense if they want to make a playoff run this season.
