Fuhrer posted the two best rounds of his collegiate career to win medalist honors at the Golden Oaks Shootout hosted by Arcadia. Fuhrer opened the 36-hole event with a 3-under 69 on Saturday, followed by an even-par 72 on Sunday for a total of 141 (-3) on the par-72 course. The medalist honors were the first of the former All-CC player's career after three runner-up finishes last spring.

Gillis won the individual title at the VSGA Intercollegiate and led the Saints to a second-place finish on the team leaderboard. The junior turned in a two-day score of 149 (+7), including a season-best 72 (+1) in the second round of the tournament.
