Quinn Green, Gettysburg, Player of the Year

Quinn Green, Gettysburg, Player of the Year

LANCASTER, Pa. -- Gettysburg's Quinn Greene was selected as Player of the Year to headline the 2021 All-Centennial Men's Golf Team. Also receiving top awards for the Bullets were Cameron Deiuliis (Rookie of the Year) and Nate Davis (Co-Coach of the Year). Franklin & Marshall's Andy Tompos earned Co-Coach of the Year honors alongside Davis after leading the Diplomats to a one-stroke victory over the Bullets at the CC Championship.

The individual champion at the CC Championship, Greene was a unanimous All-Centennial pick en route to Player of the Year accolades. It marks the second-straight season and eighth time overall that a Bullet earned the conference's top award. Greene, a senior, carded a two-day total of 148 (71-77) to win the individual CC title by four strokes. For the year, he posted a conference-leading scoring average of 75.2 strokes per round in eight rounds this spring.

Deiuliis was named Rookie of the Year after a strong freshman campaign that included a 77.3 scoring average and medalist honors at the Gettysburg Invitational on April 8. He becomes the second Bullet to win the award, joining former standout Danny Harcourt (2016 ROTY) in that club.

Tompos and Davis were tabbed as Co-Coaches of the Year after guiding their squads to first and second place finishes at the CC Championship, respectively. It marks the first time in the 11-year history of the award that two coaches tied in the voting among their peers. Tompos earned the honor for the sixth time (2010-14-15-16-18-21), while Davis also claimed the award in 2019.

Joining Greene on the All-Centennial squad were Franklin & Marshall's Jas Fuhrer and Jared Berlin, Gettysburg's Hayden Moffat, McDaniel's Ryan McGarry and Dickinson's Peter Lown. Berlin is the lone repeat all-star, having secured the honor along with Rookie of the Year laurels in 2019.
