DeSimone established a new single-game program record with seven goals and assisted on the game-winning goal in overtime as the 10th-ranked Bears rallied from a five-goal deficit in the third quarter to edge 15th-ranked Franklin & Marshall. The senior scored the first two goals of the game for Ursinus, which fell behind 5-0 in the first frame before DeSimone got going. His record-breaking marker made it 15-14 with just over two minutes to go before the Bears equalized, and DeSimone threaded a perfect pass to Sam Mutz for the game-winner just 16 seconds into overtime. He scored seven of his eight shots for a stellar 87.5 shooting percentage in the win. 

 

Pope compiled a 4.59 goals-against average and .769 save percentage as Muhlenberg won a pair of Centennial Conference road games. He stopped 14 shots while allowing five goals at Swarthmore, then allowed a season-low four goals while making 16 saves at McDaniel.
