Notes
- Rosenfeld is the third Franklin & Marshall player to earn Player of the Year honors and first since Brandon Corday in 2007. He is fifth back to receive the award.
- Beaver becomes the sixth player to earn All-Centennial first team honors four times. The lone unanimous first-team selection, he joins Corday as the F&M members in the elite group.
- Mena becomes the 17th player to earn All-Centennial first team honors three times.
- Beaver, Mena, Momeyer, Martin and Maxted are repeat first-team choices from 2012.
- Rush was named Coach of the Year by his peers.
- Maxted is the recipient of Conference's Scholar-Athlete award, presented to a member of the junior or senior class with a minimum 3.40 GPA and on the All-Centennial team. He has a 3.94 GPA in economics.
- Seven students were also named to the Conference Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes sophomores, junior and seniors who are key performers and have a 3.40 cumulative grade point average or higher.
- Johns Hopkins has the most first-team selections (52) in the 21-year history of the Conference, followed by Gettysburg (42). Muhlenberg is next with 41 with Franklin & Marshall (26), Dickinson (22), Haverford (17), Swarthmore (16), McDaniel (13), Washington College (6) and Ursinus (4) trailing.
