LANCASTER, Pa. -- Franklin & Marshall's Tom Graminski and Ben Delia and Swarthmore's Ben Freeman garnered top awards to headline the 2020 All-Centennial Men's Swimming Team. 

Graminski was honored as the championship meet Most Outstanding Performer after collecting six total gold medals throughout the meet. The sophomore won three individual races and was part of three winning relays for the Diplomats. Individually, he won the 200 IM, 100 and 200 breaststroke events while also teaming up for wins in the 200 medley, 400 medley and 400 freestyle relays. Graminski set new conference, championship meet and pool records in the both the 100 and 200 breaststrokes and was part of championship-record 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays. Graminski becomes the ninth Diplomat to receive Most Outstanding Performer honors, and the first since Tom Grabiak in 2010. F&M now holds a 9-8 edge over Gettysburg for the most all-time MOP awards at the CC championship. 

Freeman was selected as the Most Outstanding Rookie, marking the third straight year in which a Swarthmore swimmer received the honor. Freeman won bronze in a trio of events, including the 1,650 freestyle on Sunday with an NCAA B cut time of 16:07.03. Swarthmore has the most Most Outstanding Rookie awards (3) in the conference since the award's inception in 2013. 

Delia was chosen by his peers as the Coach of the Year after guiding the Diplomats to their first team title since 2010 and ninth overall. The Diplomats won 10 of the 18 events and compiled 802.5 points, defeating second-place Gettysburg by 18.5 points for the team crown.

A conference-leading nine swimmers earned All-CC recognition for the champion Diplomats. Gettysburg tallied the second most all-stars with seven, while Swarthmore had five swimmers on the list. Dickinson and Washington College both had one individual land on the All-CC squad.
