JHU's Joshi, Cartledge & Gu Earn ITA All-America Honors

ITA Division III Men's Tennis All-America Teams

A trio of Johns Hopkins men's tennis players have been named to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III Men's All-America Team after a shortened season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Vishnu Joshi was one of 23 players to earn honors on the All-America singles team, while the doubles duo of Austin Gu and Joe Cartledge were one of 17 doubles pairs to receive All-America honors

Selection Criteria

  • Finish in the Top 20 in the final Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Singles Rankings
  • Finish in the Top 10 in the final Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Doubles Rankings
  • Win ITA Fall Regional Tournament
  • Win a first-round match at the ITA National Small College Championships (ITA Cup)
