At the 2019 Centennial Conference Indoor Championship, Johns Hopkins won six of 19 events to claim its seventh consecutive conference title. Haverford still remains atop the all-time list of team titles with 17, while Dickinson and Franklin & Marshall have each collected one indoor crown in the 26-year history of the event.

Four Centennial Conference athletes qualified for last year's NCAA Indoor Championship, with Haverford's Greg Morgan headlining the performances on the national stage with a national championship in the 3,000 meters. Morgan became Haverford's 11th individual indoor champion and second-straight champion in the 3,000 meters. The Fords are the first-ever program to have back-to-back champions in the indoor 3,000, as Morgan's feat replicated Dylan Gearinger's championship run in 2018.

The Hopkins due of Justin Canedy and Matthew Su also claimed All-America accolades at last year's national meet. Canedy secured a pair of All-America nods in both the high jump (5th) and heptathlon (7th), while Su placed seventh in the long jump for his second career All-America honor. Both Canedy, the reigning indoor Oustanding Rookie Performer, and Su both return for the Blue Jays this winter.

In the NCAA team standings, Haverford finished 19th with 10 points, while Hopkins tied for 30th with eight points.
