Twelve women and seven men from five different institutions will represent the Centennial Conference at the 2020 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships from March 13-14 at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with Visit Winston-Salem and Guilford College serving as hosts.
Johns Hopkins will send a conference-leading total of 13 athletes to nationals, with eight women and five men set to compete for the Blue Jays. Haverford and Dickinson both qualified a pair of athletes, while Bryn Mawr and Swarthmore each have one athlete headed to the national meet.
Nine athletes are repeat national qualifiers; JHU's Justin Canedy, Ariel Keklak, Felicia Koerner, Rebecca Grusby, Sam Levy and Caelyn Reilly, Dickinson's Isabel Cardi and Sarah House, and Swarthmore's Clay Conley.
For each individual event contested, including the heptathlon and pentathlon, the top 20 declared athletes were accepted into the competition. For each relay event contested, the top 12 declared relay teams, one per institution, were accepted into the competition.
