Wuest won the 197-pound individual title at the Petrofes Invitational, leading the Green Terror to a sixth-place team finish at the 19-team event. The sophomore remained undefeated on the season with a 5-0 record and three pins. Wuest started his day with back-to-back sub-1:00 minutes on Friday. In the quarterfinals, he topped Bridgewater's Henry Oberlander with a 2-minute, 56-second pin. On Saturday, he notched a 9-0 win over Mount Union's Landon Talbert in the semifinals and a 6-0 win over Muhlenberg's Luca Colestock in the finals.
