Ludwick & Boyer, Players of the Week, 9/24/19

Centennial Conference Women's Soccer Players of the Week

Sept. 16-22

Offensive Player of the Week
Leanne Ludwick, Sr., F, Haverford
Chambersburg, Pa. | Saint James School
Ludwick continued her torrid offensive pace with two goals and three assists during a 2-0 week for the Fords, who have now won six straight matches for the first time since 2009. Ludwick has scored in each of Haverford's six wins during that stretch, tallying the game-winning goal in half of those contests. The senior captain opened the week with a goal and two assists against Immaculata, before scoring the game-winner and adding an assist vs. Alvernia. Ludwick, an honorable mention All-CC selection last year, is currently leading the conference in goals (8), assists (5), and points (21).

Carli Boyer, So., GK, Dickinson
Silver Spring, Md. | Bethesda-Chevy Chase
Boyer recorded a pair of shutouts on the road last week, keeping the Red Devils unbeaten on the season. She tallied five saves in a 2-0 win at Shenandoah and turned away four shots as Dickinson knocked off 16th-ranked Swarthmore in double-overtime to claim the Centennial Conference opener on Saturday.
