Johns Hopkins Picked to Defend Title

LANCASTER, Pa. - In a poll of Conference coaches, Johns Hopkins was selected to defend its title in 2019.

The Blue Jays earned 10 first-place votes and 100 points to secure the top-spot in the preseason poll. Swarthmore received one first-place vote and gathered 90 points to finish second. In third place was Haverford with 81 points, followed by Franklin & Marshall with 71 points. Washington College rounded out the top five (63 points).
