Women's Track Athlete of the Week 3/25/19

Holt excelled in the 400-meter dash and the 4x400-meter relay for Swarthmore at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational. She placed 13th of 42 runners in the 400 in 59.36 seconds, which ranks atop the Centennial and 23rd in Division III this spring. Her effort as a part of Swarthmore's relay team helped the Garnet runners set a school record at 4:05.46, the 11th-best time nationally.

Clay Conley, Jr., Swarthmore
New Canaan, Conn. | New Canaan 
Conley took sixth among nearly 70 shot putters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a throw of 12.64 meters. Her mark ranks first in the conference and seventh in Division III in the early-going this outdoor season. Conley also placed 28th in discus (32.15m) and 30th in the hammer throw (35.72m) at the meet. Her discuss mark ranks atop the conference so far this spring.
