Holt ran the 400-meter dash in 56.82 seconds at the Widener Invitational on Saturday. Her time ranks ninth in Division III and first in the Centennial Conference. Holt was also a part of school-record-breaking 4x400 (3:56.04) and 4x100 (49.51) relay teams that posted the top times in the conference this season. The 4x400 team comprised of Holt, senior Kayla Camacho, junior Mirayda Martinez and junior Sydney Covitz sits at 10th in the nation. 

 

Hammonds took first place in the long jump at the Widener Invitational with the second-best mark in Division III this spring. She recorded a leap of 5.81 meters to take first in the event. She also notched a third-place finish in the high jump at 1.55 meters, which is tied for the top mark in the conference.
