HAVERFORD, Pa. — Rebecca Salvo recorded a match-high 19 kills and finished off one of three Haverford double-doubles with 12 digs to lead her squad to a 3-0 win over McDaniel in the Centennial Conference (CC) volleyball championship match on Sunday.

The 15th-ranked Fords (29-2) won their second consecutive CC title and earned the conference’s automatic berth into the NCAA tournament. The tournament field will be announced late Sunday night. The Green Terror (16-9) conclude its season, falling in its first-ever CC championship match appearance, 30-19, 30-18, 30-24.

Sara Hanlon led McDaniel with 11 kills while Caroline Rushe steadied the defense with 11 digs.

Rachel Salvo added 12 kills and a match-high 23 digs for Haverford while Laura Nuyen also contributed a double-double performance with 11 kills and 17 digs.
