Offensive Player of the Week

Braden Anderson, Johns Hopkins

Anderson completed 29-of-38 passes for a career-high 359 yards and four touchdowns in the Blue Jays' 42-26 win at Muhlenberg. The Mule defense had allowed a total of 17 points in its three games entering the contest. Anderson's TD passes covered 38, 17, 43 and 56 yards.

Watts led the Blue Jay defense with a career-high nine tackles, including a sack, and a forced fumble in Hopkins' 42-26 win at Muhlenberg. The JHU defense did not allow the Mules to produce an offensive touchdown, managing just four field goals.

Winter booted four field goals of 28, 37, 47 and 43 yards to tie a school record in the Mules' 42-26 loss to nationally-ranked Johns Hopkins.

Dickinson fell to 1-3 with a 21-14 loss to Moravian. The Devils took an early 14-0 first-quarter lead after a blocked punt by Devin Gaby (Arlington, Va.) led to an end zone recovery by Ned Emala (Baltimore, Md.), followed by a 48-yard TD pass from senior QB Cole Ahnell (Rockville, Md.) to senior WR Eric Ondo (Richland, Pa.). Ahnell became the fourth Dickinson passer to throw for over 3,000 yards in his career (3,117). Junior DB Mark Manganaro (Horseheads, N.Y.) blocked a punt for the second straight game, while classmate Teddy Airoldi (Bethlehem, Pa.) led the defense with a game-high 13 tackles. Junior RB Cedric Madden (Norristown, Pa.) rushed for 99 yards and leads the Centennial with 438 overall.

  Franklin & Marshall moved within one victory of #600 all-time with a 35-33 win at Juniata. The Diplomats will become just the eighth D-3 school to reach 600 victories. Freshman QB Zachary Bradley (Catasauqua, Pa.) completed 19-of-26 passes for 193 yards and four TDs in his collegiate debut. Senior WR Paul McGann (Havertown, Pa.) grabbed nine balls for 105 yards and two scores, while classmate Jordan Zackary (York, Pa.) had six catches and two more TDs. Freshman RB Taalib Gerald (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J.) posted his second straight 100-yard game, picking up 102 on 16 carries. DBs Nicholas Drapanas (Charlottesville, Va.) and Brendan Daly (Norfolk, Mass.) each had 10 stops to lead the defense.
  Gettysburg evened its record at 2-2 with a 31-21 win at Susquehanna. The Bullets racked up a season-high 342 yards on the ground, led by junior Kyle Wigley (Medford, N.J.) who gained 169 on 21 carries. The Gettysburg defense did its job, holding the Crusaders to just 72 rushing yards. Sophomore PK Garrett Long (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) booted a career-long 37-yard field goal. Senior QB Zach Miller (Madison, Conn.) threw for 148 yards but had his 13-game streak of throwing a TD pass come to an end. Junior LB Kodie McNamara (Manasquan, N.J.) led the defense with nine tackles.
  Johns Hopkins extended its regular-season winning streak to 15 with a convincing 42-26 victory at Muhlenberg. Senior QB Braden Anderson (Great Falls, Va.) completed 29-of-38 passes for a career-high 359 yards amd four touchdowns. Sophomore WR Bradley Munday (Chagrin Falls, Ohio) posted career highs with 13 catches and 150 yards, including a 56-yard TD reception. Junior WR Quinn Donaldson (Bowling Green, Ohio) pulled in a pair of TD passes. The Blue Jay defense did not allow an offensive touchdown, allowing four field goals and 348 total yards – 59 coming on the final drive of the game. Junior Brady Watts (Tigard, Ore.) had nine tackles to lead the defense. Senior DE Michael Longo (Scarsdale, N.Y.) is a semifinalist for the National Football Foundation's William V. Campbell Trophy and Postgraduate Scholarship. He has a 3.74 GPA in public health.
  Juniata dropped its second straight contest, falling to Franklin & Marshall, 35-33. Senior QB Ward Udinski (Doylestown, Pa.) completed 24-of-40 passes for a career-high 395 yards and two TDs, while picking up 62 rushing yards and two more scores. It is his fifth career 400-yard total offense day (457) and he set a Centennial career record for QB rushing TDs (30). Udinski leads the Conference in total offense (1,265), passing yards (993) and rushing TDs (8). Senior WR Isaiah Slutter (Philadelphia, Pa.) caught a career-high 10 passes for 163 yards. Defensively, DB Nick Bonavita (Sheffield, Pa.) had eight tackles. Senior LB Ethan Wilt (Altoona, Pa.) is a semifinalist for the National Football Foundation's William V. Campbell Trophy and Postgraduate Scholarship.
  McDaniel fell to 1-3 with a 42-13 loss to Ursinus. Sophomore QB Matty Callahan (Germantown, Md.) threw for 239 yards in his first significant action this season. Senior WR Mike Oliveto (Robesonia, Pa.) caught seven passes for 84 yards. Freshman RB John Chamberlin (Franklinville, N.J.) ran for two TDs – his first as a collegian. Soph DB Tyler Krebs (Selinsgrove, Pa.) and junior DL Eddie Kendall (Point Pleasant, N.J.) led the defense with seven tackles apiece. 75 players on the 104-man Green Terror roster are either freshmen or sophomores.
  Moravian improved to 3-1 for the first time since 2008 with a 21-14 come-from-behind win over Dickinson. Sophomore QB Mike Hayes (Philadelphia, Pa.) threw TD passes of 23, 26 and 43 yards. Sophomore WR Liam Nolan (Ventnor City, N.J.) caught five passes for 62 yards with a score. The RB duo of soph Chris Negron (Allentown, Pa.) and freshman Eli Redmond (Laurys Station, Pa.) totaled 222 rushing yards. Negron carried 33 times for 124 yards – his sixth career 100-yard effort – while Redmond picked up 98 on just nine carries. Junior DB Jimmy McCarthy (Bethlehem, Pa.) picked off his CC leading third pass of the season.
  Muhlenberg cut an early 21-point deficit to five but could get no closer in a 42-26 loss to #14/12 Johns Hopkins. The Mule offense did not generate a touchdown but received four field goals from senior PK Connor Winter (Boonton Twp., N.J.). Freshman Josh Messina (Warminster, Pa.) returned his own blocked punt 41 yards for a TD, while senior LB Jeremey Thomas (Garfield, N.J.) had a 66-yard pick-six for the other score. Soph QB Nick Palladino (Millstone Twp., N.J.) threw for 235 yards and set career highs with 28 completions in 51 attempts. He was the first 'Berg QB to complete 25 passes since 2000 and first to attempt 50 since 1997. Senior Michael Long (Highland Park, N.J.) set a Centennial career record for receptions by a tight end (93).
  Susquehanna was outscored 17-7 over the final 30 minutes in a 31-21 loss to Gettysburg.  Freshman QB Nick Crusco (Oak Ridge, N.J.) completed 29-of-42 passes for 336 yards and two TDs. Senior WR Denzell Walker (Baltimore, Md.) caught 11 passes for 163 yards and both scores. He leads the Centennial with 403 receiving yards and four TDs. Junior RB Tim Wade (Doylestown, Pa.) ran for 68 yards and has not fumbled in 100 carries this season. Senior LB Jim Barry (Staten Island, N.Y.) led the defense with 16 tackles and also forced a fumble. He has a Conference best 53 stops on the year.
  Ursinus rushed for 260 yards and scored the first 35 points of the game in a 42-13 win at McDaniel. Sophomore RB Corey Kelly (Conshohocken, Pa.) rushed 24 times for 145 yards and a score, while senior Taylor Paul (Hummelstown, Pa.) picked up 98 yards on 13 carries. Senior QB Kevin Monahan (East Windsor, N.J.) threw three TD passes, including a 56-yarder to soph WR Matt Raymond (Pottstown, Pa.). Junior FB Nick Pustizzi (Pittsgrove, N.J.) scored his first collegiate TD on a 2-yard plunge. The Bear defense came up with three takeaways and now has a +13 turnover margin on the year. DB Max DeNardo (Hazlet, N.J.) picked off a pass for the second straight week.
