Kickoff '16 - the Conference's annual football preview day - is set for Wednesday, August 3, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa.
The Centennial's 10 head football coaches will be on hand to talk about their prospects for the upcoming 2016 gridiron season. In addition, each school will also bring a student-athlete to add to the day's festivities.
Kickoff will begin with a State of the Conference address by Steve Ulrich, Executive Director of the Centennial Conference. The coaches and players take center stage at 10:45 a.m. Each institution will take about 10 mintues to have a sit-down conversation with our master of ceremonies, Bryan Stabbe. This portion of the Kickoff will be live-streamed at: http://www.centennialconference.tv.
In addition to the formal sit-down portion of the event, the coaches and players will also take time to answer more light-hearted questions. Fans can participate by sending questions in advance via Twitter, using the hashtag #CCKickoff16, or to the Conference's Facebook page. This informal portion of the Kickoff will be live streamed on Periscope and portions of the interviews will also be on Snapchat (@centennialconf) and Instagram (@centennialconf).
There will also be time throughout the morning for the media to sit down with the coaches and players to answer questions. The full-schedule of events can be found here (and below).
