Defending champion Ursinus is the preseason favorite to win the 2014 Centennial championship in a poll of Conference coaches.

The Bears received one more first-place vote than Franklin & Marshall to beat the Diplomats for the top spot in the poll. Dickinson (84) and Haverford (70) garnered the next two highest point totals to place the Red Devils at third and the Fords at fourth. Johns Hopkins (58) tallied four more points in the poll than Gettysburg (54) to secure fifth place.

Muhlenberg, Washington College, McDaniel, Swarthmore, and Bryn Mawr round out the poll.
