Defending champion Franklin & Marshall is the preseason favorite to win the 2018 Centennial championship in a poll of Conference coaches.

The Diplomats received seven first-place votes and 97 points to edge 2017 runner-up Johns Hopkins, who garnered four firsts and 92 points. Ursinus was the No. 3 choice with 86 points, followed by Haverford (65) and Washington College (60) to round out the top five.
