Franklin & Marshall and Gettysburg square off for the 161st time in a series that dates to 1892 with the Bullets holding a 101-58-1 advantage. Swarthmore travels up the Blue Route to take on archrival Haverford. Washington College visits McDaniel for a renewal of one of the Centennial's tightest series ? tied at 18 wins apiece since 1994. And Muhlenberg is on the road at Ursinus looking for just its second win in Collegeville since 2003.

It's a rematch of a 2011 Centennial semifinal match as the
Shorewomen (8-1, 4-0 CC) travel to take on the Garnet (3-2, 2-0).
Washington College defeated Swarthmore, 5-1, to advance to the CC
final a year ago. Jordan Finnegan is 8-1 at #1
singles and 8-1 at #1 doubles with Amanda
Bercovici for the Shorewomen. Swarthmore's Lia
Carlson is 4-1 at #1 singles.
McDaniel at Swarthmore (Women's Lacrosse)
Two teams that will be battling for a playoff spot at the
end of April meet in a key early-season Conference showdown. The
Green Terror (4-4, 1-1) looks to bounce back from a heart-breaking
10-9 overtime loss to Haverford on Saturday. Freshman
Danielle Entrot leads all Centennial rookies in
scoring (24-10-34). The Garnet (5-2, 1-1) is led by junior
Annalise Penikis who tops the Conference in goals
(28), assists (19) and points (47).
Haverford at Washington College (Softball)
The teams with the best overall records in the Conference square
off in a twinbill in Chestertown today. The Shorewomen (10-7, 2-0)
are fresh from a pair of walk-off victories over Franklin &
Marshall last Saturday. The Fords (8-3-1) are opening Centennial
play today. Washington's Christine Anderson is the
third-leading hitter in the CC (.466), while Haverford's
Claire Fitzgerald is 4-1 on the mound with a 1.56
ERA.
