- Gyockhyan becomes the ninth Diplomat to earn the Player of the Year award. It is the fourth straight year that an F&M player has received the honor.
- Wixted is the first sophomore to earn first-team All-Centennial honors since Georgio Milligan of Franklin & Marshall and Spencer Liddic of Muhlenberg in 2010.
- Dickinson placed two players on the first team for the first time in the Conference's 20-year history.
