McDaniel College Green Terror

Head Coach Kevin Curley

Curley (Penn State '94) enters his seventh season at the helm of the Green Terror after a successful first six campaigns. After spending nine seasons as an assistant coach at Colgate, including serving as the top assistant since 2002, where he helped head coach Emmett Davis become the winningest coach in Colgate history, Curley has guided McDaniel to 77 wins and three Centennial Conference (CC) playoff berths – the program’s first since 1995. Curley was named the conference’s 2008-09 Coach of the Year and led the Green Terror to the program’s first postseason berth in 2013.

2014 Outlook

McDaniel has been a contender for the Conference playoffs since Curley took over at the helm and 2014 will be no different. Merlo has developed into one of the top guards in the Conference, while Perry and Echols are returning starters in the backcourt. Pupelis looks for a big senior campaign, but will need inside help from Cranwell and some new faces. The Green Terror will be knocking on the playoff door come February.
