Wixted averaged 25.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in a 1-1 week. He poured in 29 points, grabbed 13 rebounds and handed out three helpers in the 78-73 loss at McDaniel. Wixted followed that effort with 21 points and a pair of blocked shots in the 59-57 win vs. #10 Johns Hopkins.

Johns Hopkins won its 20th game of the season with a victory over Gettysburg. Dickinson and Franklin & Marshall each have 19 victories. The Centennial has never had three 20-win teams in the same season since its inception in 1994.

The first-ever meeting between two Centennial top-10 teams was a classic, as #9 Dickinson held off #10 Johns Hopkins, 59-57, at the Kline Center in Carlisle. Brandon Angradi (Milford, Pa.) made two free throws with 2.4 seconds remaining for the margin of difference. The victory was the Red Devils' fourth over a ranked opponent this season, while the Blue Jays fell to 3-1 vs. ranked foes.

The loss ended Johns Hopkins' program-record 17-game win streak. It was the third-longest streak in Centennial history, bested only by Franklin & Marshall's 25-gamer in 1994-95 and Ursinus' run of 23 in a row during 2007-08. Win #17 required the Blue Jays to overcome a 17-point second-half deficit to down Gettysburg, 66-54. Trailing 38-21 with 18:19 remaining, Hop went on a 20-0 run as JHU held the Bullets scoreless for 8:57. Senior George Bugarinovic (Overland Park, Kan.) had a pair of double-doubles on the week, giving him five on the season.

McDaniel opened the week by upsetting #9 Dickinson, 78-73, in Westminster. The Devils were the highest-ranked team ever defeated by the Green Terror. Senior Andrew Merlo (Rehoboth, Del.) led the way with 25 points. McDaniel has clinched a Centennial playoff berth and will play in the first round on Wednesday, Feb. 25. The Terror can secure a home game with two wins or a Gettysburg loss.

Junior Cedric Moune (Douala, Cameroon) posted his sixth double-double of the season with 16 points and 11 rebounds as Franklin & Marshall topped Muhlenberg, 65-56. Freshman Brandon Federici (Morganville, N.J.) was nearly perfect in his 30-point outing against Ursinus, draining 9-of-10 shots from the field, including all seven treys, and was 5-of-5 from the line. He broke the Centennial single-season scoring mark for rookies, previously held by Muhlenberg's Malique Killing (449), and now has 470 points on the season.

Gettysburg registered his highest scoring output in two years in the 85-58 victory over Haverford. Junior Kevin Gladstone (Havertown, Pa.) scored 18 points and handed out six assists, while soph Tanner Kirkpatrick (Carlisle, Pa.) added 16. Freshman Alex Kaslander (Verona, N.J.) chalked up his first career double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. The last time the Bullets scored more points was on Jan. 19, 2013, also against the Fords (86-61). Gettysburg can clinch a Centennial playoff berth with a win over either F&M or McDaniel, or with a loss by both Muhlenberg and Ursinus.

Swarthmore swept the season series from Muhlenberg for the first time since 2004 with an 84-72 home win. Freshman Zack Yonda (Conestoga, Pa.) scored 21 points to extend his double-figure scoring streak to 19 games. Classmate Matt Brennan (Ridgefield, Conn.) had a career-best 19 points as the Garnet edged McDaniel, 69-68. Yonda's streak was ended as he finished with eight points. Swarthmore has won 10 games for the first time since the 2007 season (11-14).

Haverford defeated Washington College, 75-69, as four players reached double figures, led by senior Gibby Graves (Chappaqua, N.Y.) and junior Anthony Reyes (Breezy Point, N.Y.) with 18 points apiece. Sophomore Matt Sherman (Narberth, Pa.) has scored in double figures in 13 of his last 14 games.

Muhlenberg senior Malique Killing (Philadelphia, Pa.) moved within 13 points of becoming just the fifth Centennial player to score 1,900 in a career. Which Conference team did he score the most points against in his four seasons? Washington College - 188 - or 23.5 per game.

Ursinus fell to 1-10 on the road this season with losses at Franklin & Marshall and Washington College. Sophomore Matt Knowles (Waverly, Pa.) had a season-high 22 points vs. the Shoremen. Classmate Steve Leonard (Collegeville, Pa.) has made at least one trey in 21 of 23 games this season.

Washington Colleg's Sean Flanigan (Wilmington, Del.) saved his best for his final home game, tallying a career-high 24 points in a 94-85 win vs. Ursinus. The 94 points is the most scored by WAC since racking up 104 vs. Muhlenberg on Nov. 23, 2013. The Shoremen look to break a 21-game road losing streak on Saturday in the season finale at Johns Hopkins.
