LANCASTER, Pa. — Franklin & Marshall's J.C. McGrath was named the Centennial Conference (CC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week, announced by the league office on Monday. The honor is the first for McGrath this season and the second for a member of the F&M basketball team.

McGrath averaged 20.0 points and 14.7 rebounds while shooting 60.5 percent from the field in a 2-1 week for the Diplomats. He had three double-doubles, including a 13-point, 22-rebound effort in an 82-73 victory at Washington, setting a Centennial single-game record for caroms. McGrath sandwiched that with two 24 points - 11 rebounds performances at Muhlenberg and in the 74-68 win against #9 Swarthmore.
