Notes
- Keating is the third consecutive Franklin & Marshall player and fourth overall to earn Offensive Player of the Year honors, joining Steve Welsh (2005), Sean Rogers (2018), and Kevin Mollihan (2019).
- Usich is the second Dickinson player to earn Defensive Player of the Year honors and first since Brandon Palladino (2013).
- Dalimonte and Macmillan become just the seventh and eighth freshmen to earn First Team All-Centennial honors.
- Keating becomes the fourth sophomore to capture major Centennial awards, joining Dave Curry of Gettysburg (1995), Kevin Mollihan of F&M (2018) and Mitch Wykoff of Gettysburg (2018).
- Mollihan and Usich are the 28th and 29th players in Conference history to earn first-team All-Centennial honors three times.
- Mollihan, Usich, Donaghy, and Wykoff are repeaters from the 2018 All-Centennial first team.
- Dalimonte becomes the first Muhlenberg player to earn Rookie of the Year laurels.
- Mercandante was named Coach of the Year after leading Ursinus to its first-ever men's lacrosse title.
- Gettysburg leads the Conference with 94 first-team selections, while Washington College is second with 60 selections. Franklin & Marshall (46) is third, while Dickinson (37), Haverford (21), McDaniel (21), Ursinus (17), Muhlenberg (7) and Swarthmore (5) follow.
