- Adams is the fifth Johns Hopkins player to earn Player of the Year honors and first since 2008. He is one of three unanimous first-team selections by the Conference's 10 head coaches along with Beaver and Rose.
- Beaver, Coleman, Rose, Adams and Ferry are repeat first-team choices from 2010.
- Johns Hopkins has the most first-team selections (50) in the 19-year history of the Conference, followed by Gettysburg (42). Muhlenberg is next with 39 with Franklin & Marshall (22), Dickinson (16), Haverford (14), McDaniel (12), Swarthmore (10), Washington (6) and Ursinus (3) trailing.
- Eleven students were also named to the Conference Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes sophomores, junior and seniors
