Preseason Poll Projection: 3rd
Outlook: The Red Devils came up empty in the Centennial final for the second consecutive season and return a veteran lineup that could change that outcome in 2016. Sheppard is a talented goal-scorer with 20 in his three seasons in Carlisle. Van de Water, Bracken and Edmonds each scored 10+ points last fall. Pollock, a second-team All-CC pick, and Brown are experienced midfielders, while Thames and Pritchard anchor the defense. Palcan earned second-team All-CC honors after leading the conference with an 84.9 save percentage.

Ugo Okolie, Franklin & Marshall

Franklin & Marshall (17-4 last season, 7-2 CC, lost to Dickinson in Centennial semifinal, 1-0; lost to Calvin in NCAA Sweet 16, 1-0)
Head Coach: Dan Wagner (Messiah '96), 15th season
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics | Season Preview (8/30)
All-Time Record: 573-482-100 since 1926
Centennial Titles (1): 2013
Playoff Appearances (9): 2002-06-07-10-11-12-13-14-15

Key Losses: Chase Ten Brook, F, 12-2-26, 1st team All-CC; Devon Malfitano, M, 3-2-8, 1st team All-CC; Trevor Britton, GK, 0.55 GAA, 78.8 save pct, 1st team All-CC; Vince Perry, D, 0-2-2.
Preseason Poll Projection: 2nd
Outlook: The Diplomats have qualified for the Centennial playoffs in each of the last six seasons and have the nucleus to extend that streak in 2016. Okolie was named CC Rookie of the Year after finishing ninth in scoring with 6-6-18. Tonelli and Schermerhorn, the 2014 ROY, are talented scorers. Martin is the leader of the midfield, while Fabian, Levine and Wild anchor an experienced backline. F&M must find a keeper in camp but will be heard from come playoff time in November.

Henry Smith, Gettysburg

Gettysburg (10-5-1 last season, 4-5 CC, 6th place)
Head Coach: Mark Mettrick (Hartwick '88), 3rd season at Gettysburg, 23rd overall
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics | Season Preview (9/2)
All-Time Record: 547-508-104 since 1930
Centennial Titles (3): 1993-99-2001
Playoff Appearances (8): 2001-02-03-05-06-07-08-10

Key Returnees: Henry Smith, Sr, F, 6-12-24, 1st team All-CC; KJ DePontes, Sr, M, 5-6-16, HM All-CC; Patrick Santini, Jr, F, 7-5-19; Ryan Kennedy, M, 1-1-3; Mark Yearick, B, 3-0-6; Peter Kost, Soph, B; Evan Jansen, Soph, B; Lucas Weissman, Jr, M; Peter Como, Sr, GK, 1.25 GAA, 71.9 save pct.
Key Losses: Will Gately, M, 1-1-3; Marc Franco, B.
Preseason Poll Projection: 5th
Outlook: The Bullets have not been to the CC postseason since 2010 but the Orange and Blue are positioned to end that streak this fall. Smith was a first-team All-CC choice last season after posting 6-12-24 numbers, while Santini led the team with seven goals. DePontes and Kennedy lead the midfield, while Yearick, Kost and Jansen are talented backliners in front of Como. Gettysburg stumbled home after a 7-0-1 start, winning just three times in its last eight matches. A strong finish could lead to a playoff berth in November.

Will Corkery, Haverford

Haverford (18-4 last season, 9-0 CC, d. Dickinson in Centennial final, 1-0, lost to Oneonta in NCAA quarterfinal, 1-0)
Head Coach: Shane Rineer (Eastern '06), 6th season
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics | Season Preview (8/31)
All-Time Record: 791-589-144 since 1901
Centennial Titles (2): 2012-15
Playoff Appearances (5): 2011-12-13-14-15

Key Returnees: Will Corkery, Sr, M, 9-13-31, 1st team All-CC; Maclyn Willigan, Sr, B, 2-0-4, 2nd team All-CC; Tejan Walcott, Sr, F, 6-2-14, HM All-CC; Sam Miller, Sr, GK, 0.93 GAA, 80.6 save pct, HM All-CC; Russell Nicholson, Jr, M, 2-1-5; Ben Clark, B, 0-1-1; Michael Carr, Soph, M, 2-6-10; Ben Field, Jr, F, 3-4-10; Max Krieg, Soph, M, 1-1-3; Nick John, Soph, B; Dorian Wirz, Jr, M, 2013 CC Rookie of the Year.
Key Losses: Sam Yarosh, F, 17-5-39, 1st team All-CC, CC Player of the Year; Brady Seitz, F, 8-4-20, 1st team All-CC; Colin Seitz, B, 0-2-2, 1st team All-CC.
Preseason Poll Projection: 1st
Outlook: The Fords won their second Centennial title in four years last fall and have the nucleus for a repeat. Haverford loses 45% of its goal due to graduation, but welcomes back All-CC selections Corkery (9) and Walcott (6) who combined for 15 tallies. Field complements Walcott up front, while Nicholson, Carr and Krieg join Corkery in a talented midfield. Willigan and John headline a defense in front of Miller, a honorable mention All-CC keeper who posted seven shutouts in 2015. Haverford is poised to have a shot at the first back-to-back Centennial crowns since Johns Hopkins in 2006-07.

Samy Ramadane, Johns Hopkins

Johns Hopkins (11-5-3 last season, 5-2-2 CC, lost to Haverford in Centennial semifinal, 4-1)
Head Coach: Craig Appleby (Charlotte '94), 9th season
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics | Season Preview (8/30)
All-Time Record: 644-393-102 since 1935
Centennial Titles (8): 1996-98-2000-02-04-06-07-09
Playoff Appearances (15): 2001-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12-13-14-15

Key Returnees: Samy Ramadane, Sr, F, 6-3-15; Cole Rosenberger, Soph, M, 3-3-9; Victor Osio, Sr, F, 3-3-9; Drew Collins, Jr, M, 2-1-5; Jonah Muniz, Soph, D, 1-1-3; Bryan See, Sr, GK, 1.21 GAA, 77.6 save pct.
Key Losses: Eric Buck, D, 2-3-7, 1st team All-CC; Ian Heinrich, M, 1-0-2, 2nd team All-CC; Andrew Park, B, 4-1-9, 2nd team All-CC; Kenny DeStefano, F, 3-1-7; Nigel Joseph, B; Kevin Caskey, B.
Preseason Poll Projection: 4th
Outlook: The Blue Jays kept their streak alive of qualifying for every Centennial playoff tournament since its inception in 2001, but have not reached the final since 2009. The offense will have to carry the load early on behind Ramadane and Osio. Collins is the leader of the midfield along with Rosenberger, who had a strong rookie campaign. Muniz will lead the defense in front of See. Hopkins is a perennial contender in the Centennial in 2015 but may be a year away from a trip to the final.

Nick Over, McDaniel

McDaniel (3-10-4 last season, 0-7-2 CC, 10th place)
Head Coach: Steve Corrieri (Wolverhamption University '00), 4th season
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics
All-Time Record: 488-581-109 since 1924
Centennial Titles (0)
Playoff Appearances (4): 2001-03-04-05

Key Returnees: Raul Escobar, Jr, M, 0-2-2; Carlos Valdez Martinez, Soph, M, 3-0-6; Nick Over, Jr, GK, 1.55 GAA, 77.0 save pct.
Key Losses: Andrew Hofmeister, B, 0-2-2; JP O'Connor, M, 1-1-3; Storm Robinson, F, 3-2-8; Kerry Shutt, D, 3-0-6.
Preseason Poll Projection: 10th
Outlook: The Green Terror scored only 12 goals in 17 matches last season and needs to find more offense to contend for its first playoff appearance since 2005. Martinez shared the team goal lead (3) in his inaugural season. Escobar is an experienced midfielder, while Over anchors the defensive end. McDaniel mustered more than 10 shots in just three of its final 12 matches. That must change for the Terror to compete for a playoff spot.

Nick Sarkos, Muhlenberg

Muhlenberg (5-9-2, 2-6-1 CC, 8th place)
Head Coach: Sean Topping (Muhlenberg '98), 14th season
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics | Season Preview (8/31)
All-Time Record: 600-399-89 since 1943
Centennial Titles (6): 1994-95-97-2003-05-14
Playoff Appearances (12): 2001-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-14

Key Returnees: Nick Sarkos, Jr, F, 4-1-9, HM All-CC; Jack Dusing, Sr, M, 1-1-3; Phil Rahling, Jr, F, 2-1-5; Kevin Irving, Soph, M, 1-1-3; Jeff Remley, Sr, F, 4-0-8; Patrick Bell, Sr, B, 0-1-1; Chris Skutnik, Sr, B, 0-1-1; Jan Chmura, Jr, B; Jordan Schreer, Soph, GK, 1.25 GAA, 78.9 save pct.
Key Losses: Tommy Hoffman, B, 0-1-1.
Preseason Poll Projection: 6th
Outlook: The Mules struggled to its worst CC finish ever a year ago as their offense struggled, scoring just 15 times in 16 matches. Sarkos, Rahling and Remley are experienced forwards, while Dusing leads the midfield. Irving gained experience on the midfield as a rookie, while Bell, Skutnick and Chmura comprise a veteran backline. The goalkeeping job will be won in camp. Muhlenberg is a perennial Centennial contender and a return to the playoffs is possible in 2016.

Ryan Meuth, Swarthmore

Swarthmore (7-9-3 last season, 3-3-3 CC, lost to Johns Hopkins in CC first round, 5-0)
Head Coach: Eric Wagner (Connecticut College '88), 15th season
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics | Season Preview
All-Time Record: 604-499-112 since 1916
Centennial Titles (2): 2008-10
Playoff Appearances (9): 2004-05-06-08-09-10-12-13-15

Key Returnees: Ryan Meuth, Sr, B, 4-1-9, 2nd team All-CC; Billy Evers, Sr, F, 2-2-6; Michael Nafziger, Jr, M, 3-1-7; Tommy Sheehan, Jr, B; Ryan Ward, Jr, B; Michael Swantek, Sr, B; Omri Gal, Soph, 1-1-3.
Key Losses: Wyatt McCall, F, HM All-CC; Alec McClean, Sr, M; Tyler Zon, GK, 1.48 GAA, 69.9 save pct.
Preseason Poll Projection: 7th
Outlook: The good news is that 93 percent of the Garnet's goal scoring returns for 2016. The bad news ... Swarthmore scored just 15 goals last season. Despite the offensive struggles, the Garnet made the CC playoffs last season but needs to improve up front. Meuth earned second-team All-CC honors last fall after leading the team in scoring. He's joined on the backline by Sheehan, Ward and Swantek. Nafziger is the leader of the midfield, while Evers is the headliner at forward. The goalkeeping job will be won in camp. Who stops the ball and who puts it in the net will tell the Swarthmore story in 2016.

Ryan Molyneaux, Ursinus

Ursinus (2-10-4 last season, 0-6-3 CC, 9th place)
Head Coach: Keith Cappo (Catholic '04), 1st season
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics | Season Preview
All-Time Record: 126-257-25 (1993-2015)
Centennial Titles (0)
Playoff Appearances (0)

Key Returnees: Ryan Molyneaux, Sr, M, 1-1-3, 2nd team All-CC; Ben Amaral, Soph, F, 1-1-3; Noah Kimelheim, Sr, M, 1-0-2; Justin Mendez, Sr, M, 3-0-6; Aaron Nelson, Sr, B, 0-1-1; Jamie Harper, Jr, F, 0-2-2; Stephen Meixner, Sr, B; Vince Maiorino, Sr, GK, 1.70 GAA, 77.7 save pct.
Key Losses: Ryan Butler, F, 8-3-19, 2nd team All-CC; Dean DerSimonian, F, 3-3-9; Jesse Hart, B; Joe Alesio, B.
Preseason Poll Projection: 9th
Outlook: A new era dawns in Collegeville with the hiring of Cappo. Graduation claimed 61 percent of the Bears' goals from a year ago, so finding offense may be his first priority. Molyneaux, a second-team All-CC pick, leads the midfield. He is joined by Kimelheim and Mendez - the team's leading returning scorer. Amaral and Harper return on the front line, while Nelson and Meixner are veteran backliners. Maiorino played every minute in goal last season for UC. The Bears still may be a year away from capturing the program's first-ever Centennial playoff berth.

Chris Lewandowski, Washington College

Washington College (9-8 last season, 3-6 CC, 7th place)
Head Coach: Roy Dunshee (South Carolina '83), 5th season
Team Page | Roster | Schedule | 2015 Statistics | Season Preview (8/24)
All-Time Record: 455-467-79 since 1946
Centennial Titles (0)
Playoff Appearances (0)

Key Returnees: Chris Lewandowski, Sr, F, 6-4-16; Dimitri Kaliakin, Sr, M, 1-9-11; Michael Holowesko, Jr, B, 6-0-12; Josh Samuels, Soph, GK, 0.83 GAA, 76.2 save pct; Brian Wilkinson, Sr, F, 5-3-13; Cole Strong, Sr, B, 2-3-7; Drew Thompson, Sr, M, 2-2-6; Christian Cooke, Sr, M, 0-2-2.
Key Losses: Cody Gray, M, 3-1-7; Jack Butler, B.
Preseason Poll Projection: 8th
Outlook: The Shoremen could be this season's sleeper team. WAC should be strong offensively with the return of Lewandowski, Holowesko and Wilkinson, combined for 17 goals, and Kaliakin who handed out nine assists. Thompson and Cooke join Kaliakin on the midfield, while Strong provides backline experience. Samuels had a strong rookie campaign between the pipes. Washington College was 7-2 when scoring two or more goals last season and 2-6 when tallying 0-1 goals. Turning that latter number around could be the difference in making the postseason.
