With another pair of clutch NCAA Tournament wins last weekend, Franklin & Marshall's men's soccer team once again finds itself competing in the Sweet 16 for the fourth straight year.

F&M in the Tournament: The Diplomats are in the NCAA postseason for the fifth time in the history of their program and the fourth consecutive year. Since tournament play began in 1974, F&M has reached as high as the Elite Eight in 2013, falling to Messiah by a 4-1 tally. The Diplomats are in search of their second National Championship, earning the title in 1952. 

At that time, all 312 colleges and universities that competed in intercollegiate soccer were considered part of one division. There were no playoffs to determine a national champion. Therefore, coaches essentially crowned the 9-0 Diplomats after their perfect season. 

For four straight years, F&M has won its opening two games of the tournament, this season blanking Geneva by a 1-0 score, before eliminating Washington & Lee by a 2-0 tally in Lancaster.

A Look at the Pod 

Cortland: F&M is set to take on Cortland for the first time in program history. The Red Dragons (19-2) advanced with wins against Morrisville St. (5-1) and Scranton (2-1). Cortland is in the midst its 20^th all-time appearance in the tournament and is seeking its first National Quarterfinal appearance.

Messiah: The Falcons are appearing in their 27^th NCAA Tournament and have 10 National Titles under their belt, with the most recent occurring in 2013. Messiah downed Centenary (6-0) and Christopher Newport (2-0) to reach the Sweet 16. All-time against the Diplomats, the Falcons lead by an 18-1-3 margin. 

Calvin: The Knights are competing in their 15^th NCAA Tournament and have finished as runners-up in both 2009 and 2011. Calvin played its way into this weekend with back-to-back 1-0 shutouts of Ohio Northern and Carnegie Mellon. F&M has faced the Knights on only one occasion, falling in a narrow 1-0 loss in last season's Sweet 16. 

Ticket Prices: Tickets will cost $6 for adults, $3 for students and senior citizens, while children ages 3-12 will cost $2.

All-CC: A total of seven Diplomats landed on the All-Centennial Conference (CC) Team. Ugo Okolie, Jason Tonelli, Wyatt Fabian and Dave Reingold all earned First Team honors, Ben Wild was named to the Second Team, while Alex Bilodeau and Jeremy Levine received Honorable Mention recognition.

Among the Leaders (NCAA): Reingold has been a steady presence in net throughout his senior year, logging the 11^th most minutes in the nation at 1,932:45. His save percentage stands at 13^th best (.859), and his goals against average mark ranks 15^th (0.60). 

Balanced Attack: A total of 14 Diplomats have scored goals on the year, with seven registering two or more.

Can't Solve This Maze: Freshman forward Robert Maze continued his stellar first-year campaign with a goal in each of F&M's First and Second Round wins and now has six tallies in his last eight games.

Moving up the Charts: In just his second season, Okolie is already nearing the top 10 in career assists for the program. The sophomore forward currently ranks 11^th with 14. 

Among the Elites: The Diplomats are one of just five programs in the country to advance to four straight Sweet 16's, joining Trinity (Texas), Kenyon, Amherst and Brandeis.
