Notes
- Fallati becomes the first Swarthmore and seventh player overall to win multiple Centennial Player of the Year awards, as he also received the accolades in 2016. He is the eighth player in Conference history to earn first-team All-Centennial honors four times.
- Vernier is the second Swarthmore freshman to receive Centennial Rookie of the Year honors, joining Fallati in the exclusive group.
- Moskovitz is a repeater from the 2017 first team, while Oberholtzer returns to the first team after a year's absence.
- Lurie is the 16th freshmen to earn first-team All-Centennial honors.
- Sloane was named Coach of the Year for the second time (2009).
